We have set up a state of the art spinning unit (operational since 1997) with a project cost of US$ 110 million in northern India at the foothills of Himalayas, in close proximity to the cotton-growing belt. It has an installed capacity of 84,672 spindles and 960 rotors, and using the finest raw material, we annually produce 23400 metric tonnes of various kinds of premium quality yarns including 100% Cotton ring spun, 100% cotton open end, and Polyester Cotton yarn in 65/35 & 52/48 blends for exports to various markets across the globe.

Quality is our obsession in whatever we do and we have already taken a lot of initiatives like Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, CRM, TPM, PMS, etc. We have been awarded ISO 9002 for consistent quality and process and ISO 14000 is under implementation. We are a fully integrated and completely automated organization right from raw material through production and despatch till delivery, ensuring control of complete supply chain management.

We are equipped with most modern European and Japanese machines. Blow Rooms and Cards are from Trutzschler, Germany; Combers and Draw frames from Toyoda, Japan and Reiter, Switzerland; Ring Frames with Auto doffing from Toyoda, Japan; Autoconers with CBF from Murata, Japan; Fully automatic rotor spinning machines model R1 from Rieter, Switzerland; LTG Humidification plant from France and Yarn Conditioner with strong vacuuming and steaming from Sieger.

We have the latest testing equipment from Uster, Switzerland to test, regulate and maintain consistent quality of raw material as well as end product in the most comprehensive manner. However, we are not satisfied with yarn parameters only but also ensure that our yarn performs in subsequent stages of knitting and dyeing as well. Thus we have in-house knitting and dyeing facility.
